Services – free of charge:
- Arrival and departure: The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival
- available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
- Sauna (incl. bath towel) is free for our guests.
- No national land-line charges, WIFI free of charge
- Enclosed garden with lawn, lounger and lawn chair
- Books and games
- When you arrive you get the KönigsCard ("King's Card") with 200 free services from us; see King's Card.
- Quality bed linen, bath sheets and hand towels are available in the flats.
- By request we change the bed linen after 7 days of your stay.
- If required we put a cot or high chair at your disposal.
- Washing machine and dryer
- Local visitor's tax per day: Youth (6 to 17 years) 0,60 €; adults (from 17 years) 1,20 €
- For dogs and pets we charge per animal and day 9,00 €.
- A cubicle to store your bicycles or skis is available.
- A car park is at the house.

- We offer intermediate cleaning service for a fee.
